Orders may be dispatched by post or collected at Solent Raceway race meetings.
2. Ordering
Orders can be placed through the Solent Raceway website at any time.
Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
3. Shipping & Delivery
UK Mainland Shipping
Standard UK shipping is charged at checkout.
Orders over £50 qualify for free UK mainland shipping.
Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail tracked services.
UK Remote Areas
Some postcode areas incur additional delivery costs. These include parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and UK islands.
Orders shipping to these areas will automatically show the correct UK Remote Area Shipping price at checkout.
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and location.
4. Collection at Race Meetings
Customers who attend Solent Raceway events can choose Collect at race meeting during checkout.
You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
Please do not travel to collect an order until confirmation has been received.
Payment for collection orders can be made online or paid on collection.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- unused
- in original packaging
- in resalable condition
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate we will arrange:
- replacement
- repair
- or refund
We may ask for photos or further information to help resolve the issue quickly.

RC car parts must be used appropriately and in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
Solent Raceway cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification.

Solent Raceway only collects customer information required to process orders and provide customer support.

Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers and is not stored by Solent Raceway.

Once an order has been dispatched using a tracked delivery service, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.
Tracking information will be provided where available so customers can monitor the progress of their delivery.
If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, customers should contact Solent Raceway so that we can assist in raising an investigation with the courier.
Courier investigations may take several working days to complete.
Solent Raceway cannot issue refunds or replacements until the courier investigation has been completed and the parcel has been confirmed as lost.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is correct. Solent Raceway cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.
